Meng Lu’s empathy for others, being understanding, and my trust for her are the key reasons marks the beginning and built the foundation of my friendship with her. Trust is a peculiar word, we use it often but how much do we really live up the true definition of the word itself? As for me and maybe for many others, trust is earned via many validations throughout the journey of building a relationship. That is how Meng Lu and I developed our trust in each other as partners in our growth. Meng Lu and I are long term friends since university days and I’m confident to say many would agree that she will never hesitate to offer help to anyone in need. What marks the difference is not only she is kind-hearted, she is also capable to catch those moments when one is in need of help even without asking. That takes empathy, the power of being understanding so she is always putting herself out there, ready to extend a listening ear, helping hand to get through difficult times with those in need. I am glad that this trust continues after graduation. As life goes on, there are more concerns that we have as a young adult. Life commitments, being the new pillar of support for the family, starting our own litter new family. I am more than glad that while I am working hard to build a life by myself, there is a close friend and advisor who is looking after my back. She proactively reminds me of areas that I might be missing out, pave the pathway for a comfortable life for me. I have recommended her as an advisor to many people around me and I am would strongly recommend the same here. Give yourself a chance to gain a trusted advisor and a valuable friend for a lifetime.

Michelle and I became good friends from the first time she came to my church about 3 years ago. She is one of the most patient human beings I’ve ever met. Before consulting her about my financial status, I have bought insurances from 3 other insurance agents. Although they might have more experience and long years of service in this industry, I still decided to switch the applicable insurances to be under Michelle’s care. This is not only because she is a very trusted friend to me, but also that her professionalism and accountability won my favor. Her thought process and the way she explains things makes complicated financial plan concepts easier to understand. And she asks me questions to make sure I really understand the gist of the plans before I buy. She is genuinely concerned about my well-being and is able to empathize with my situations so that she can better advise for a long-term financial plan. Her recommendations took into account my needs, concerns, and even things that I have never thought of myself. I can feel the passion she has in her work towards helping people in need and the sincerity from the fact that she never pushes me to make decisions against my own interest, but thinking of ways to maximize the coverage for my benefit. She reacts fast to all my queries and does regular profile review for me, which I don’t think many agents would do that consistently. It’s really great to have such a thoughtful financial consultant that remembers my claims better than I do. She always updates me before I even wanted to check the status with her. And there’s the extra effort she put in to appeal for my claims. Even if you are already fully covered, no pain to just let Michelle take a look at your insurance plans. You never know (;

I have known Meng Lu for years. She as a friend is always ready to lend a helping hand. Ever since she decided to devote her career to financial planning, she has acquired professional knowledge and grown in dedication to helping her clients. I, for one, benefited from her professionalism and enthusiasm about her work. I found her always willing to go the extra mile to clarify doubts and offer advice. The information she shared is relevant and practical. It is a relief to know in times of crisis, I can turn to Meng Lu who is trustworthy and professional to help settle urgent matters.

We entrusted Michelle with our core insurance policies and she has been taking good care of us since day one. Her professionalism lays the foundation of our trust, as all our questions are always answered, and all our problems are properly resolved. She is very much problem-solving oriented and she really cares about our well-being. I had a surgery that involves multiple hospital visits, hospitalization, and cumbersome documentation. With help from Michelle, the entire process was smooth and I got to focus on my recovery at ease. Additionally, she goes extra miles and spends extra effort which we are very grateful for. During this pandemic, she sent us a whole box of N95 masks right before the outbreak and later on refilled us additional surgery masks. We feel fortunate that we are in the good hands of Michelle and we believe she will bring the same value and kindness to your life too.
